In the EU advice is provided through Nexus Global EU. Nexus Global EU is a division of Blacktower Financial Management (Cyprus) Limited (BFMCL) and Blacktower Insurance Agents & Advisors Ltd (BIAAL). Joanne Leach T/A Strabens Hall EU is an Appointed Representative of BFMCL which is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC) – Licence No. 386/20. Complaints Procedure

EU Residents

It is important that we hear any concerns you have regarding the services we offer.
Nexus Global EU operates a formal complaint handling procedure. A client’s complaint will be acknowledged promptly with a copy of our complaint’s procedure.

Should you have a complaint we ask that you inform Nexus Global EU Office in the first instance. We will then review and make contact with the relevant office. If you have already spoken to someone regarding your complaint, please include their name in your correspondence as this will assist in your complaint being answered more promptly.

UK Services

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients. All complaints for referral should be submitted to Strabens Hall Ltd prior to approaching the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Our Advisory and Discretionary Portfolio Management services are restricted to providing you with specialist expertise and advice on the management of investment portfolios. As a firm we are able to source our investment solutions, and we are not tied to any products or providers. However, we will not consider your wider financial planning and pension requirements, unless you wish us to do so, when we will refer you to one of our wealth planners.
