Strabens Hall requires a bright and articulate individual with relevant financial services
experience for a full-time permanent role in the administration team, based at its offices
in London W1. The vacancy has arisen as a result of increased workload as the business
expands.
The firm acts for a wide range of clients, and is recognised as being a leader in its field
by both third party professionals and industry media. Strabens Hall is a Chartered
Financial Planning firm and has won the City Wealth Magic Circle award for Financial
Advisory Firm of the Year two years running.
Relevant financial services experience is essential and some knowledge of the Curo
(Microsoft Dynamics) back office system is desirable, as are initiative and drive.
Key tasks will include:
– Acting as the point of contact between advisers, clients and third party product
providers
– Establishing and maintaining electronic client files (Curo CRM)
– Obtaining information and maintaining accurate records
– Sourcing quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation
– Preparing valuations, reports and other material for client meetings
– Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records of
transactions

– Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills

The role is likely to suit a candidate who takes responsibility, pride and care in their work,
who engages proactively with stakeholders, and is keen to get broad-based experience
across financial planning and investment management at a leading advisory firm. A
minimum of two years relevant industry experience is required.

Remuneration will be in line with experience and include a discretionary bonus scheme.
